Ooops, she did it again! After months of speculation, Britney Spears confirmed on Twitter Tuesday night that she's busy working on her ninth studio album.

"Working hard and hardly working...new album...wheeeee!" the 33-year-old singer Tweeted alongside a photo of her laughing with colleagues.

Spears confirmed to E! Online in August that she had been in the studio working on new music, but didn't say whether or not an actual album was in the works. "We're having fun right now," she said. "I'm working with some women who are amazing writers. I have ballads and, of course, dance music—fun cheeky sexy stuff."

Despite playing coy, Spears (who recently extended her Vegas residency) continued to tease fans with a possibility of a new album on social media, posting photos of herself in a studio and using the hashtag #B9 on Twitter.
